We edit our writers content unlike other people edit. We edit while the writers are writing.
Here's how it works
We use Google Docs to write our books. Our writers share there Google Docs to our editors so that they can see it. They add them as commenters so that they can comment on our writers work. While the writers may be writing a chapter the editors will be on slide one revising. And when the writer is done writing the chapter, they will go to where the editors were revising and fix there mistakes and the editors will go to the chapter they were working on.
